I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the owners went out of their way to make me feel at home. They provided me with cold water upon arrival and delicious coffee in the morning - a small gesture that made a big difference to my stay. Another highlight was the beautiful garden with a stunning view of the sea. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Additionally, I loved the location of this hotel. Being close to various attractions and having easy access to Rome by train was extremely convenient. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Everything was simply perfect - no complaints whatsoever!

We decided to spend New Year's Eve in a quaint coastal town and we found the perfect place to stay! This hotel was situated in a great spot with easy access to the boardwalk, offering a variety of dining options. We loved the rooftop area provided for our room, offering privacy and a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The owners were friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
While the hotel provided a decent breakfast, we felt there was room for improvement. It would have been nice to see some more variety in the breakfast options, such as fresh bread, boiled eggs, and some vegetables.

Great service from the friendly and generous owner. Breakfast was lovely and attentive to detail with plenty of options to choose from. the roof terrace presented a spectacular view of the surrounding. Great terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the train station that connects easily to Rome. the hosts were very friendly and accommodating.
Not much English spoken, making communication a bit difficult. the lack of language skills was not made clear on the website, which made the stay a bit frustrating at times.
